WHAT IS BUNGEE FITNESS?
Bungee Fitness is a modern cardio training that is characterized by unusual and joint-gentle exercises that are carried out with the help of bungee cords certified according to EU standards. Push-ups, burpees, squats and many other exercises suddenly become a completely different and much more pleasant experience thanks to the bungee cords! Does that mean that Bungee Fitness will make us sweat less or burn fewer calories? No! In a 60 minute workout, we burn an average of 400-600 calories. This is also confirmed by the smartwatches of our participants ;) Our bungee trainings are suitable for both beginners and advanced and charge all participants with positive energy and new impressions. We try different jumps, learn short training routines & dance choreographies and just have a lot of fun!
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
We use specially made equipment that can be adjusted to any body weight. At HdB Vienna, everyone can take part in a group fitness training regardless of their weight. The training is also ideal for people of advanced age and/or with joint problems, as the bungee cords reduce the weight of the body and thus relieve it.
HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
With us you pay per training session and are not tied to a subscription. So you can register for a training session at any time and enjoy an extraordinary bungee fitness training with our trainers.
