GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preamble 

 

These terms and conditions apply to all training offered on the Haus der Bildung GmbH website www.hdbwien.at. Haus der Bildung GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria ("Haus der Bildung") offers sports classes at www.hdbwien.at, which are held by sports providers in cooperation with Haus der Bildung, such as independent trainers. These classes take place in on the premises of Haus der Bildung GmbH at Wittelsbachstrasse 3/2, 1020 Vienna. 

 

 

  1. REGISTRATION 

 

1.1 Registrations for all classes can be made directly on the homepagewww.hdbwien.at, on the "Eversports" booking platform, via direct messages to the Instagram account @hdbwien, by SMS/WhatsApp to +436601352043 or by email to office@hdbwien.at. Registrations can also be agreed verbally on site. 

 

1.2 Registrations are only accepted upon receipt of a booking confirmation. A valid booking confirmation must be an SMS/WhatsApp/email with a clear commitment for a specific date or a confirmation email. 

 

 

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS 

 

2.1 Registrations can be canceled or rebooked no later than 24 hours before the start of the unit. No exceptions will be made in cases of illness. 

 

2.2 House of Education reserves the right to cancel units with fewer than 2 participants up to 2 hours before the start of the unit. 

 

2.3 House of Education reserves the right to replace a trainer at any time. 

 

 

3. TARIFFS, SPECIAL PACKAGES AND GIFT CARDS 

 

3.1 House of Education offers the following tariffs for participation in all classes:

  • 1 unit = 15 euros​

​

  • 5 units = 60 euros (when purchasing the "4+1 Free" special package) 

​

  • 10 units = 120 euros (when purchasing the "8+2 Free" special package) 

​

  • 10 units for 2 people = 200 euros (when purchasing the "pair package" - special package) 

 

 

3.2 Special Packages 

 

3.2.1 Special packages are excluded from exchange and returns. 

 

3.2.2 Special packages cannot be transferred to other people. 

 

3.2.3 The couple package can only be purchased for 2 people. 

 

 

3.3 Gift Cards 

 

3.3.1 With gift cards, a certain number of units are purchased. The credit on the card is therefore not a money credit that can be used to purchase other products. 

 

3.3.2 Gift Cards may be given to third parties. 

 

3.4 Returns and exchanges 

 

3.4.1 All special packages, gift cards and individually purchased units are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

 

4. PAYMENT METHODS 

 

4.1 Upwww.hdbwien.atthe following online payment options, operated by WixPayments, are available:

 

 

  • Sofortüberweisung (Klarna)

  • Credit and Debit Cards

 

 

4.2 All units and products not onwww.hdbwien.ator Eversports paid online can be paid in cash on site. In exceptional cases, a transfer to the bank account of Haus der Bildung GmbH is possible if a payment confirmation is sent. 

 

 

 

5. DISCLAIMER 

 

5.1 Use of the equipment and execution of all exercises is at your own risk. 

 

5.2 House of Education accepts no liability for injuries sustained during training. 

 

5.3 House of Education points out that the equipment may not be used without prior instruction by the trainer.
